Terms of service

1. Orders

All sales are processed through Stripe or Buy with Prime. Orders are confirmed by email; if you don’t receive one within an hour, contact support.

2. Shipping & returns

See shipping policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund.

3. Warranty

1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Excludes intentional damage, modifications, and normal cosmetic wear.

4. Intellectual property

The Reaper Mods name, designs, copy, photography, and trademarks are owned by Reaper Mods. Don’t copy our CAD or our marketing — we will notice.

5. Maker Kit files & license

The .STEP files unlocked by a Maker Kit QR card are licensed under CC BY-NC — Attribution-NonCommercial. You may print, modify, and use them for personal use only. You may not sell prints, sell or redistribute the files, or otherwise use them commercially. Commercial rights are available only by separate written agreement with Reaper Mods (for example, a community-bounty buyout of a submitted design).

6. Community submissions & themed-grip votes

If you submit a grip design or artwork to us (including through the Maker submission flow or the community vote), you keep ownership of your design. By submitting it, you grant Reaper Mods a license to evaluate, display, and vote on the submission internally and on this site. We will not sell, print for sale, or otherwise commercialize your design without first purchasing the commercial rights from you in a separate written agreement. Signing in to submit or vote requires a Connections account; see our privacy policy for what that account shares with us.

7. Limitation of liability

We’re a small gaming-gear shop. Maximum liability is the price you paid for the item.
