Privacy policy

Reaper Mods (“we”, “us”) operates pinkyrest.com. We collect only what we need to ship your gear, run your account if you have one, and respond to your support emails.

What we collect

• Order info: name, address, email, items, payment confirmation token (we never see the card itself — Stripe handles it).
• Support, contact, and design-submission messages: anything you send us through the contact form, the newsletter signup, or the Maker submission flow. These are stored in our own CRM (Connections) so a real person can follow up.
• Account info, if you sign in: if you use "Sign in with Connections" to submit a grip design or vote on themed grips, we receive your name, email, and avatar from that OAuth login. We don't receive your Connections password — we never see it.
• First-party analytics: page views, referring page, and general location, collected through our own analytics pixel (Connections/ARGUS). No third-party ad trackers, no fingerprinting.

Who we share it with

Amazon (shipping & fulfillment), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting), and Connections (accounts, CRM, and analytics infrastructure). That's the entire list. We don't sell or rent any data to anyone else.

Cookies & sessions

We use a first-party cookie to remember your cart and theme preference. If you sign in with Connections, we set a session cookie called rm_session so you stay signed in between visits — signing out clears it immediately. No advertising cookies, ever.

Your rights

Email support@pinkyrest.com to access, correct, or delete your data — including disconnecting a Connections account or deleting a design submission. We respond within 7 days.
