- Orders placed before 1pm CT ship the same business day from an Amazon fulfillment center.
- Deliveries typically land in 2–5 business days across the continental US and Canada.
Lifetime replacement
If any part of your kit ever breaks — the printed dock cracks, the magnet weakens, the 3M VHB lets go — email support@pinkyrest.com with a photo and your order number. We'll ship you a replacement part. No time limit. No "proof of original purchase from a printed receipt." If you bought it from Reaper Mods, we stand behind it for as long as you own it.
This isn't a marketing line. We're a small Houston shop — we can hold every kit we've ever shipped in two hands. Customer feedback is how we improve, and a broken part is the most useful feedback we get. Send it.
30-day returns (standard policy)
Don't love it? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Email support@pinkyrest.com with your order number for a return label. Refunds process within 3 business days of arrival.
Used, abused, magnet pulled off — doesn't matter. We're a small team and we want you to actually use the thing. Get the fit or get your money back.
How fulfillment works
You check out with Stripe — fast, secure, your card never touches Amazon. We ship through Amazon's fulfillment network (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) so your kit moves out of an Amazon warehouse with the same speed and tracking you get from a Prime order.
If you ordered the exact same kit directly through Buy with Prime instead, the experience is identical on the shipping side — but the payment runs through Amazon rather than Stripe. We default to Stripe checkout so we can fund the next print run faster.
